Ordered from the restaurant’s website. My place was 1.5km from the restaurant. Delivery time shown to be 50 minutes. It took more than 2 hours for the order to arrive.

Made multiple phone calls during the wait time, but the restaurant provided no way to track the order and said they couldn’t do anything. In the last phone call, when I said that it’s an unreasonable wait time and demanded a resolution, the staff simply hung up the phone. Very disrespectful and awful experience overall.

Ki Sushi is the best Japanese sushi restaurant! I've been eating here for almost 20 years now and the food is always excellent!

Saw an improvement in its ordering system which made it convenient for me. The food I ordered was delicious - 15 pc sushi and miso soup. Been going here for many years.

I have been going to Ki Sushi for almost 20 years now and its by far the best sushi in New West!
I love the restaurant! I love the staff! I love the food! Never had a bad meal or a mistake on my order. They are true artists and professionals :)
